Mr. Felty received his B.A. from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He is licensed by the Oklahoma and United States Supreme Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and all immigration courts nationwide.

Tracy Monsivais

Tracy is a professional Legal Assistant and Interpreter. She is a native of Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. She
has lived in the United States since she was 2 years old and is a “Dreamer” (D.A.C.A recipient).
